CASE "Heaven’s Door" New album coming soon

ATLANTA - Oct. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Case is an American R&B singer and Songwriter known for hits such as ‘Touch Me, Tease Me’, ‘Happily Ever After’, and ‘Missing You’ just to name a few. With two Grammy nominations and his latest album ‘The Rose Experience’ with its hit single ‘Lovely’, Case is presently working on additional movie soundtracks and his new album is set to be released in the next few months under his new label E1. In my interview with Case we touch on family, career and the path to his success.

MB: I’m here with famous singer/songwriter, Grammy

nominated Case. What a lot of people don’t know is that you have been responsible and been behind a lot of movie soundtracks like ‘Nutty Professor’, ‘Rush Hour’, ‘The Klumps’, and ‘, ‘Johnson Family Vacation’. You’re doing your thing.

C: Well you know, I try to do what I can. You feel me?

MB: Can you tell me what it was like when you first went to meet with Russell Simmons about your future with Def Jam?

C: Actually, Russell Simmons was the person that signed me and I had the distinction of being the last person Russell Simmons signed to Def Jam personally. So for me it was cool because he’s Russell Simmons and as a major Hip Hop head I’ve always loved and respected. I’m like wow Russell wants to sign me. I was really excited about that and to this day I am happy about having that distinction as the last artist that Russell personally signed to Def Jam. Nobody else can say that. Feel me?
