Jilly’s Ice Cream Bars Coming to Six Local Schnucks Stores

ST. LOUIS - Nov. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Des Peres, MO, Jilly’s Cupcake Bar made national news by winning Food Network’s Cupcake Wars twice! Now, they are taking the ice cream world by storm!  The University City-based company announced that starting Nov. 15, their sister shop, Jilly’s Ice Cream Bar, will have a variety of flavors available in Kaldi’s Coffee Shops inside select Schnucks stores.  Jilly’s fans will find versions of classic ice cream, shakes and hand packed pints to go.

Already Named “Best Ice Cream of 2014” by St. Louis Magazine and the Riverfront Times, Jilly’s artisan ice cream combines the joys of both cupcakes and ice cream into one delicious treat.  Jilly’s Ice Cream comes in three distinct flavor lines: Classic Ice Cream Flavors, Cupcake Inspired Ice Cream and Seasonal Chef Creations.  With 12 of their 19 flavors being represented at Schnucks, you can enjoy them by the scoop, the cone (cupcake batter waffle cone), the shake (combine any two scoops and make your own treat) or the hand packed pint.

Their flavors include St. Louis Favorites like Gooey Butter Brownie Batter, staples like Strawberrylicious, Chocolate Fudge Swirl, Chippermint or Va-Va-Vanilla and Jilly’s Cupcake Wars winning inspired flavors like Cuban Coffee and Space Monkey.  Jilly’s features seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Cheesecake and even a Blackberry Passionfruit Sorbet for those who are vegan and/ or do not want to consume dairy products. (Allergens are clearly displayed on their labels.)

Jilly’s Ice Cream will soon be scooping at Kaldi’s Coffee shops in six Schnucks stores: Des Peres – November 15; Richmond Center – November 24; Culinaria – December 8; Ladue – December 12; O’Fallon, Ill. – December 15; Woods Mill – December 19.
