The Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare (JLCW) is the world’s leading journal on cyber warfare and terrorism. Its 1st annual conference is a symposium covering crucial issues on cyber warfare and espionage that threaten government organizations and big business.

The conference is a collaboration of the public and private sectors to enhance our understanding of cyber warfare, its threats, and what can be done to tackle the difficult topic,” says Daniel Garrie, Editor-in-Chief of JCLW. The conference will convene senior executives, lawyers, officials, judges, academics,politicians, technologists, and thought leaders from around the world to engage in dialog on topics in cyber security and cyber warfare, including how companies, law firms, and non-profits can respond and manage a cyber-attack by a State Actor under existing international and domestic law.
