MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. - Oct. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Inception Marketing spent recent years developing teams and experiencing company expansion. Eventually, the firm outgrew its location and now looks forward to continuing its business in a new and larger office located on Wall Street.

Inception Marketing Moves Into Larger Space to Support Future Business Development

"We are having a great year!" exclaimed the director of operations for Inception Marketing. "Our dedicated leaders guided us to a new era of growth and we needed to recruit more talent. However, having space for them was something else entirely and our crowded quarters no longer worked. That is why we are so excited about this new location!"

The new office is located at 1699 Wall Street in Mount Prospect. "We chose this space because it supports a creative and motivating environment," explained the director. "Besides room for our current team, we also have space for any additions."

The moving process for Inception Marketing was no less overwhelming than for any other companies and the director encouraged all associates to participate in order to make the move a chance to practice teamwork. "Let's face it—this was daunting. The only way to not shut down during the transition was to break down the relocation into small tasks. Just as we work marketing projects as a team, we also approached this move as a group effort too. Anything is easier when you have several people performing one or two small tasks each!"

"We also kept communication clear to avoid confusion," the director continued. "Team members packed their personal items with a good idea of how their new space would appear. Plus, we let them know what tasks and items were not their responsibility. That ended up being the most reassuring step of all! No one felt overwhelmed because their role in this move was explained well."

Inception Marketing also seized the relocation as an opportunity to clean up files and storage spaces. "We had technology we never used, old files that could be shredded, and more extra clutter than any of us anticipated," stated the director of operations. "As we packed, we could also get rid of things and recycle what we no longer needed. This allowed for some long overdue clean-up and now we have less to pack and unpack."

Preparations for the new office started early and by the time the professional movers appeared to haul items away, the Inception Marketing team was ready. The director explains: "Team members worked hard to continue serving clients well while also preparing their own workspaces for the move. We planned ahead to avoid last-minute rushing around and stress. It all went very smoothly which is an excellent testament to our supportive environment!"
