City West Housing Trust shows how to get things done

City West Housing Trust, a not-for-profit organisation owning 14,600 homes in Salford, is proud of its ‘can do’ approach and has set ambitious targets to improve services, realise efficiencies and deliver excellent customer service.

MANCHESTER, U.K. - Oct. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The organisation has chosen to implement RentSense, Mobysoft’s unique rent arrears decision engine which uses complex algorithms to analyse accounts and pinpoint which cases need further attention. This gives City West the insight it needs identify customers who are struggling early in the process and provide immediate support to those affected.  Early indicators show time savings in case load reduction of approximately 60%. Justin Freeman, Head of Income Management at City West commented: “For us it’s about being as efficient as possible, RentSense helps us to target resources, focus the income team and free up their time to concentrate on prevention and pastoral work, rather than simply chasing arrears. ”  Derek Steele, Mobysoft MD, added: "Mobysoft is delighted to be working with a fellow North West organisation which is providing such outstanding support to social housing tenants in our region.  With the help of RentSense I’m confident they will not only meet, but exceed efficiency targets and we look forward to working closely with them to help them achieve their goals.”
