PRLog -- The organisation has chosen to implement RentSense, Mobysoft’s unique rent arrears decision engine which uses complex algorithms to analyse accounts and pinpoint which cases need further attention. This gives City West the insight it needs identify customers who are struggling early in the process and provide immediate support to those affected. Early indicators show time savings in case load reduction of approximately 60%.
