Just Brilliant! New 'Lois Lane' Video by Teen Recording Artist Tae Brooks Watch Now!

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- (Los Angeles, CA – October 2014) The highly anticipated Live Action Lyric Video for the song Lois Lane from the debut EP ‘On My Own’ by teen recording artist Tae Brooks was unveiled. The ‘On My Own’ EP was officially released on September 30, 2014.

Lois Lane is the 2nd song from the EP to be represented by a music video, following It’s Always Been You. The video for Lois Lane adheres to the tradition of Brooks and his team, notably among the first artists to fully and fluently merge kinetic typography and cinematography in a music video, coining their first 2012 hybrid as a Live Action Lyric Video (LALV). Use of this technique ushered lyric videos into the mainstream music video realm and popularized this use among major artists. Filmed in L.A., this Lois Lane LALV follows Brooks on the search for his Lois Lane. It was premiered during his live stream broadcast on YouNow.com and is now available for viewing on his YouTube channel.

A bonus digital booklet accompanying the EP on iTunes includes exclusive photos, the lyric sheet of Lois Lane and the other tracks on the EP, liner notes, and personal thoughts. In his reflections Brooks speaks of the challenges of being an independent artist as well as the opportunities that have opened to him through his artistry.

The 17 year old Cincinnati native and current Angeleno first caught the world’s attention in 2011 on YouTube, where he has amassed over 4.9 million views. Exposure from social media jump-started Brooks’ career, leading to a 3 year recurring role on a project in Japan. He is the current male lead voice of the Disney 365 theme song, and is the voice of Michael Jackson in the animated TV series Black Dynamite.
