Screenwriter Ken Lemm Lands Option from Emmy Award Winning Company, Gross-Weston Productions

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Gross-Weston Productions, the Emmy Award winning company behind more than thirty movies, has optioned an original Holiday screenplay from Atlanta-based, multi-award winning screenwriter, Ken Lemm.

The project, titled "The Twelve Strays of Christmas", tells the story of a young asset analyst who is shipped off to a small, economy-stricken town just a few days before Christmas, to evict an aging squatter from a commercial property who rescues abandoned dogs, and in the process, finds love.

Atlanta-based scribe Lemm is an award-winning screenwriter whose first feature film "A Horse For Summer" (starring Dean Cain, Christopher Atkins, and Golden Globe nominee Lee Meriwether) is currently earning awards at film festivals across the U.S., and is scheduled to release on dvd/vod in mid-November.

Lemm is also the recent recipient of the 2014-2015 "Writer of the Year" award by the Action on Film International Film Festival in California, and is represented by Matt Prater at Dedicated Talent Management in Los Angeles.
