Product Key Features

·   Process Builder: allows anyone to use a small set of building blocks in a simple drag-and-drop interface to create end-to-end processes and sub-processes of any depth and complexity.

·    Project Builder: allows users to plan and view the progress of processes over time.

·   Smart Steps: a knowledge repository designed to increase the “smarts” of the person responsible for completing the step. It includes all the information and context they need to make the right decisions and take the right actions to successfully complete the step.

·    Form Builder: allows users to quickly create web, mobile and wearable apps to show and collect data at each step in a process.

·  Wizard Builder: can be used to assist users in making the right decisions and completing steps effectively by applying expert knowledge to prevailing conditions.

·  Database Objects: used to drive processes and collect data as the process progresses. All processes use the same database, guaranteeing consistent data usage, and simplifying inter-process communication.

·    Dashboards and analytics: individual processes can be easily monitored in real time in both the flow and time dimension. Users can also design cross-process dashboards to see where all processes are in aggregate.
