This year's keynote speaker is Amanda Lang, Senior Business Correspondent for CBC News. As well as being the host of CBC TV's The Exchange with Amanda Lang, Amanda is author of the best-seller, The Power of Why: Simple Questions That Lead to Success.

The speaker will be followed by a round-table discussion, chaired by Paul Waldie, Editor of the Globe & Mail's Report on Business. Is Innovation organic, or can it be built into the organizational culture?

Can the finance team overcome their reputation for stifling Innovation and become champions of creativity?

Does our education system, from kindergarten to business school, do enough to develop an instinct for Innovation in the business leaders of tomorrow?

The session will be followed by a cocktail reception from 5:30 - 7pm.
