Robyn Vesey joins Tavistock Consulting as Organisational Consultant

LONDON - Oct. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Welcome to our new team member, Dr Robyn Vesey who joined Tavistock Consulting this month as an Organisational Consultant (http://www.tavistockconsulting.co.uk/people/dr-robyn-vesey).

Robyn has worked in mental health services for over ten years, most recently managing and developing services in her role as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.  She has completed an MA dissertation on change in the health sector and is interested in relating organisational structures to the delivery of clinical services with particular attention to the relational dynamics.

Robyn has previously offered professional training and personal development to trainees on the Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University of East London.

She will bring these experiences to her work in consultancy, coaching and training at Tavistock Consulting, with a focus on the Health sector, drawing on her background as a clinician in the NHS.

Robyn said: “I have long valued the expertise and depth of thinking at the Tavistock.  My studies of the systems-psychoanalytic approach have helped me to understand and make sense of work challenges that I have faced, with all their emotional and contextual complexity.  I’m excited to be joining a team with such significant history and to be using this approach.”
