Lucid IQ Announces Promotion of Steve Ruhl to Director of Client Services

 
Oct. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- DALLAS  – Lucid IQ (http://www.lucidiq.com/), creators of the highly flexible cloud-based CaseManagerPro case and matter management platform for law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies, announce today that Steve Ruhl has been promoted to the position of director of client services. In this position, he directs Lucid IQ’s client services team that manages CaseManagerPro implementations, develops training programs, advises on ongoing product development and manages client support activities.

Ruhl has worked for Lucid IQ for more than eight years. Prior to joining the company, he was a member of E.I. Dupont’s much-heralded litigation support team during the genesis of the Dupont Legal Model, leading document discovery and database coding teams before the business unit was sold to Quorum Litigation. At Quorum, Ruhl and his team implemented and managed a large document imaging and production department. With the experience gained in multi-district complex litigation, he moved to the law firm of Howrey & Simon as the operations manager for their state-of-the-art litigation support facility, where he managed all document production, coding, litigation support databases and war rooms. He has a B.S. in business management from Western Governors University.
