PAYABLES CONTROL: Billing statement in Vendor Portal

Another new feature in Vendor Portal lets translators easily track and invoice all completed and accepted jobs, always according to the previously agreed conditions. This means fewer misunderstandings and errors and fewer tasks for the finance department.

EFFICIENCY AND TIME-TRACKING: Work Log

Completely re-designed Work Log functionality allows users to better manage and control the time spent on each task. All entries can be summarized per day or aggregate for each client.

COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS: Landing Card

The Landing Card is a new widget of the XTRF Customer Portal allowing companies to easily notify clients about new important facts. Info on new promotions or offers can be now delivered to all the company’s customers within just a few clicks.
