Since many of his executives have net worth’s ranging from $1M to $40M or more, he tries to place them in companies that need management as well as investors. George works with many startups seeking funding and some of these projects require funding from a few hundred thousand to over $500M. He works with over 500 professional money raisers who have contacts with private equity firms, venture capital firms, multi-family offices as well as high net worth investors who/which may be able to fund some of his client projects. Prior to his career in recruiting, George worked for IBM for a number of years until he left to run his own management consulting firm. During this period of time, he sold all of the distributorships offered by Career Academy Inc., an American Stock Exchange firm. His efforts resulted in an increase in revenues from $15,000,000 to $50,000,000 and as a result, the stock went from $5 a share to $50 a share. George was cited in Franchising Around the World as one of the most successful franchise salesmen in the industry. He also served as a senior systems analyst and division director of an information storage and retrieval firm, had a successful financial services career at Merrill Lynch, worked for a several major New York Exchange brokerage firms including E.F. Hutton, where he was one of 40 members of the prestigious Directors Advisory Council (DAC), and was a senior vice president/financial consultant and portfolio manager for Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. He managed his own money management program which boasted a track record of earning as much as 20-30% per year for his clients for many years and his earnings were as much as $5M a year in gross commissions. George has traveled extensively delivering seminars on money management, including guest lecturing on the Queen Elizabeth II several times and has taught the investment segment of the College for Financial Planning course at George Washington University. He has been a speaker on many radio stations, including a CBS financial news talk show in San Francisco and the Dolan's on WOR in New York. George’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business and philosophy with honors from American University. End
