San Pedro, CA – October 21, 2014 – Office leasing at Topaz in Downtown San Pedro continues its hot streak with the recent signing of Regus to more than 15,000 sf on the Class-A tower’s 4th floor, announced Ed St. Geme, founder and managing partner of Newport Beach-based Jupiter Holdings LLC, the property’s owner. Regus’ new offices are an expansion of their South Bay operations serving Long Beach, Palos Verdes and the 190th Street Corridor.

The Regus deal continues the wave of office deals that have followed the recent completion of a multi-million dollar capital improvement program at the recently re-branded ‘Topaz’ on the waterfront in San Pedro. The deal highlights Topaz’s continued success in attracting tenants from around the region. Topaz recently signed long-term leases with PROCEL Nurses & Staffing from Hermosa Beach; AltaSea/Rockefeller from the Westside; and Blu Logistics from Downtown Long Beach.
