Finally the Perfect Soap Dish! - now on Kickstarter

MIDDLESEX, N.J. - Oct. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Middlesex, New Jersey, October 21, 2014 – Frustrated with the typical “soap savers”, Keith Barclay, carpenter and builder was shoved to designed his very own soap dish, that would never fill with water, easy to clean, and could be placed anywhere - in the shower, on the rim of a tub, or at a sink; unbreakable, dishwasher safe and match any fixtures. After 1 ½ years of journey of many renditions, tweaks, setbacks, and samples, Keith, now introduces the SOAPSEAT on Kickstarter as the perfect soap dish!

The SOAPSEAT comprises of two parts, the top and lower trays. The removable top tray made of TRITAN copolyester from Eastman, was designed with a drain that lets water out into the sink, tub, or shower floor and not into a lower compartment that fills with slimy soap water. The natural high gloss that mimics the look of glass (comes in translucent colors and porcelain in opaque colors), makes it easy to clean it by hand and dishwasher safe. TRITAN will not crack like acrylic when dropped or subjected to high heat. The Patent Pending modular tray is interchangeable allowing you to use a spare while the other is in the dishwasher, or mix and match base and tray colors to suit your décor.

The lower tray on the other hand, was designed with silicone feet and adjustable legs to add height and allow air to circulate under the soap dish helping to prevent the growth of mold, and keep the soap dish from sliding around. This special feature also makes the SOAPSEAT adaptable to almost all types of environment.

A crowdfunding project was launched on Kickstarter last September 28, 2014 to finance the production start-up costs. The project has only 17 days left to finish and can be supported through “pledge”. As of Sept. 28, 2014 the SOAPSEATS can be ordered 60 days after the campaign. With this Kickstarter project, Keith hopes to raise 10,000 dollars.
