SOLitude's Volunteer of the Quarter is Fulfilling Personal Commitment

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Oct. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Through its corporate volunteering program, The SOLution, SOLitude Lake Management, an industry leader in lake and pond management, fisheries management and related environmental services for the Eastern United States, named Trina Duncan, Business Manager, Volunteer of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2014.

Trina is passionate about helping dogs find their “forever home” and has successfully recruited others to help in the cause. Committing to volunteer at least once a month for the Virginia Beach SPCA, in addition to various SOLitude team volunteering events, Trina has met her personal goal so far this year and remains vigilant to complete her mission.

As of the end of the third quarter, Trina logged 47 total volunteer hours towards The SOLution, with 12.5 of those hours coming from recruiting her husband Bobby to join her. Trina enthusiastically participated in team volunteering events, such as packing and sorting food for underprivileged kids at the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank and helps with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Annual Clean the Bay Day. Trina and Bobby recently traveled to Delaware to participate in the Dogfish Dash and encouraged her co-workers to volunteer their time to hand out water bottles to the runners. The event raised $75,000 for the Delaware chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
