Messer Cutting Systems Introduces New Revolutionary High Performance Machine "MetalMaster Xcel"

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - Oct. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Manufacturers have been demanding a faster, more accurate way of producing cut parts and the experts at Messer Cutting Systems were happy to accept the challenge. The MetalMaster Xcel features state-of-the-art industry leading traversing speeds of 3000 IPM, a robust design, with high acceleration drives.  Multiple tools can be added including plasma beveling, oxyfuel, combination plasma/fiber laser cutting, drilling, and marking coupled with OmniWin software.

The MetalMaster Xcel is two machines in one. Using a plasma/fiber laser combination cut on the same piece part will increase productivity by allowing critical internal features to be cut with the fiber laser and external features to be cut with the plasma torch all without moving the part to another piece of equipment.

The MetalMaster Xcel features high performance 1800 IPM at .5g lifters can accommodate all types of varying plate conditions.  This machine features patented Slagger® self-cleaning table yielding maximum performance by reducing table cleaning time from hours to minutes.  Coupled with professional menu driven, feature rich, "Global Control Plus" CNC easily makes every machine operator an expert.

Messer Cutting Systems will unveil the new MetalMaster Xcel on November 11, at the 2014 Fabtech Expo in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 27,000 attendees and 1,400 exhibitors, Fabtech provides an excellent platform to introduce the newest and highest performance plasma/fiber laser combination cutting machine. Messer will be in booth B3911 where participants can watch live bevel cutting, drilling and marking demonstrations and participate in interactive touch screen OmniWin software demonstration. Messer also will be show the MPC2000 cutting machine; an industry workhorse featuring the Infinity Rotator for plasma bevel cutting, a heavy-duty drill with two inch drilling, an ALFA oxyfuel torch and Telesis® Pinstamp® for plate marking.
