The majority of pet-owning renters face difficulty in finding pet friendly apartments. According to Apartments.com, nine out of 10 renters claim that pet friendly policies play a major role in choosing an apartment. As the pet ownership trend continues to increase in popularity, developers are eager to meet that demand by constructing innovative pet-friendly areas and amenities in addition to revamping pet policies.
