Fayad Law, P.C. Celebrates Tenth Anniversary

Oct. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- When Nash Fayad founded Fayad Law, P.C. in 2004, his goal was to meet the needs of his clients in a way that made them feel important and understood. Over the past ten years, he and his team have worked hard to achieve that goal and much more.

From their offices in Raleigh, the attorneys at Fayad Law, P.C. provide caring and effective immigration counsel for clients throughout North Carolina. The firm’s staff has grown significantly during the last decade, and opened additional office locations in Richmond and Fairfax, Virginia and Washington, DC. Attorney Fayad hopes to open more locations in the years to come so that the firm is able to provide outstanding service to even more clients.

Countless individuals have received the futures they always hoped for because of the work of Attorney Fayad and his experienced team. There is no doubt that the firm is making a difference in lives of countless individuals and families in North Carolina and around the world.

Although the industry has changed since the firm was first founded, Fayad Law, P.C. has grown and adapted with these changes. “U.S. immigration has changed in terms of not being able to answer to the country’s needs. It is because immigration, like everything else, is a reflection of the political atmosphere,” Attorney Fayad explains. “The political atmosphere is unhealthy and the lawmakers are not able to see the reality of this global world and make the needed adjustments in immigration law. Especially, when it’s an industry that is the catalyzer of the US economy.”

Lawmakers need to make changes to enable the country to thrive as it once did. “The U.S. used to sit as the industrial center because we were able to attract bright young people, new ideas, and investors who lacked opportunities in other places,” Attorney Fayad says. “Our laws are not allowing us to compete globally as much as it used to because immigration has become more of a political debate than a necessity for the country to keep moving forward."

It is this difficult landscape on which Fayad Law, P.C. fights to make a difference in the lives of immigrants and their families. The crash of the economy directly affected companies’ abilities to hire foreign professionals – an area of immigration law which is at the root of the firm’s practice. Although the firm has experienced obstacles over the last decade, the team continually adapts and thrives.

Fayad Law, P.C. will celebrate the last ten years of success by hosting an anniversary party in North Carolina on Wednesday, October 22. At the party, the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Instepp, Inc. and Fayad Law, P.C. will take place, to collaborate in helping Hispanic immigrant women who are unemployed, underemployed, or victims of crime.

At the party the firm will also recognize The Honorable Javier Diaz Lopez de Leon, Consul General of Mexico in Raleigh, NC, who is the recipient of Fayad Law’s 2014 Community Service Award. Additionally, a former client who is a human trafficking survivor and artist will be sharing her story and artwork at the event.
