The new office will serve mainly start-ups, Micro and Small Medium Enterprises. PE Accountant & Advisors® find an acute shortage of accountants who could help entrepreneurs and business owners in the growth, be an efficient and explore new ideas. We were recently contacted by a new property start-up to help with a tender and prepare projections as he wanted to let the properties to the council.  During the consultation we listened, understood the customers’ needs and studied the tender documents, however, we advised him not to put in the tender without meeting the requirements. He was very adamant on getting the financial projection and was willing to pay the fees for even fake projections; however, we refused to provide any service as that would have been against our ethics as a professional Chartered Certified Accountants. We will not provide service if it won’t help the client in complying with the requirements, winning the contracts, improve and grow his business as we like to be transparent and honest.

We work with company boards and senior management in the commercial business, charities, health and care and housing sectors. We recently carried out an organisational (business) review of an organisation that involved reviewing the business plan and updating it to meet the current and future challenges it faces. We identified the gaps in the management of the organisation and advised on how to improve. We helped with updating the business objectives and setting the new ones. We finally helped them with putting in place the ‘strategic plan for income growth’ and the action plan to ensure that the strategic plan is achieved.
