Name Changed from Tip Top General Agencies Pvt. Ltd. to TTGA Pvt. Ltd

KIRTI NAGAR, India - Oct. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- The company was originally incorporated under the name and style of M/s Tip Top General Agencies Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1986. Upon incorporation the company took over the on going business established by late Shri S.K. Chaudhri for repair of Large Tubeless Earthmoving tires and Rubber Conveyor belts with the vulcanization technology and process Introduced by him in the year 1955.

The name of the company has now been changed to:

M/s TTGA Pvt. Ltd.

The rationale for renaming the company is the synergy with the last mile brand building exercise initiated some time ago. The company has been recognized country wide amongst its customers and various partners as TTGA and hence the decision of the management.

The statutory approval for the name change has been accorded by the Deputy Registrar of the Companies, New Delhi and digitally signed by registrar through a system generated digital signature under rule 5(2) of the Companies Rules, 2006.

The name change does not bring any change in the business of the company, nor does it reflects or suggest any new activity. It merely enables the company to more accurately and succinctly reflect its long history and brand equity.
