15 Second Phone Fest Announces the Winners of Its 15 Second Film Contest

Century City, CA - United States - 13 October 2014 – The 15 Second Phone Fest, a film festival in your pocket, your purse, or your backpack, today announced the winners of its 15 second film contest. The contest ran from October 1 through October 30 on Instagram.  The grand prize winner will receivea Olloclip Telephoto Lens and Olloclip quick flip case.
