#savedallas Campaign Continues Worldwide Over Social Media

DALLAS - Oct. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Fans of the television show ‘Dallas' are mounting a social media campaign to try and save the canceled series.

The show was a revival of the original series, which aired from 1978-1991 on CBS, and picked up the storyline 20 years later and aired on TNT.

Fans worldwide are fighting to bring Dallas back to TV after it was cancelled by TNT and left viewers with several cliffhangers and options for many new stories.


The #savedallas campaign has gained over 75,500 signatures as of Saturday 10/18. National tweetathon's continue on Twiiter.  There have been over 295,000 plus tweets in the past 30 days using #savedallas.

Fans are asking other fans nationwide to contact TV networks by email or on facebook and asking them to pick up the show.  Networks being targeted are WGN-America, CMT & Reelz TV on cable and even CBS Television.  The contact information for some of these networks are:
