Suffolk Federal Promotes Thomas Evans & Welcomes Dean Kramer

SMITHTOWN, N.Y. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- In this position, Evans manages the daily functions of the credit union’s Call Center and implements methods to ensure that call and loan goals are met. “Thomas has been instrumental in the overall growth of Suffolk Federal,” said Richard Klefsky, VP of Retail Banking and Sales. “Through his leadership, the Call Center has provided outstanding customer service and has seen exceptional loan production year over year.” Evans joined Suffolk Federal in 2005 as Director of Call Center. Prior to joining Suffolk Federal, Evans previously held positions as Sales Unit Manager at Citibank in Melville, and Collection Officer and Collection Supervisor at First USA (Bank One) in Uniondale.

Evans holds licenses for Life, Accident/Health and Variable Annuity. He has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Farmingdale and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hofstra University. He holds the title of Grand Knight for the St. Gerard Majella Knights of Columbus, an organization that helps and assists those in need.Suffolk Federal is proud to welcome Dean Kramer of Mount Sinai as Senior Business Relationship Manager of Business Services. In this position, Kramer is responsible for developing relationships with businesses to offer solutions that meet their commercial lending and business needs.

Prior to joining Suffolk Federal, Kramer previously held positions as Business Banker of Capital One in Melville, Business Banker of Citibank in Huntington, and Branch Manager in Mount Sinai at JP Morgan Chase. Kramer is certified as a FHA/VA Direct Endorsed Underwriter. He is a graduate of Binghamton University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management.  He is a member of several local town chambers and was a recipient of the JP Morgan Chase 2011 National Customer Service Award.
