ST. CHARLES, Ill. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Executive Chef Tiffany Tooker took the helm of the food and beverage operations at Pheasant Run Resort earlier this year and looks forward to presenting her first Thanksgiving Buffet Brunch this November 27th.  Filled with fall-inspired dishes and holiday traditions, the Thanksgiving Day Brunch Buffet promises a bounty of savory dishes.  Served from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Thanksgiving Brunch costs $34.95/adult and $13.95 for children 4-12; free under 3.

Sourcing the best ingredients and produce, Chef Tooker and her culinary team are creating a dining experience to remember.  Housemade breakfast and lunch favorites including Belgium waffles with homemade chantilly cream, carved Vermont turkey, and marinated roasted pork with a granny smith apple glaze among are just a few of the mouthwatering delights that will accompany this warm holiday for friends and families.

To top off main dish selections, timeless desserts will include Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie and Bread Pudding with an Amaretto glaze. Other favorites such as the Pheasant Run Apple and Cherry Cobbler Skillet Station will delight all those with a sweet tooth.
