Todd Emrick named Director of Customer Service for Wheaton World Wide Moving | Bekins van lines

 
INDIANAPOLIS - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Wheaton World Wide Moving | Bekins Van Lines named Todd Emrick Director of Customer Service. He will be responsible for ensuring the van line’s COD and National Account customers have high levels of satisfaction during their relocation experience and remain loyal advocates for the van line.

Emrick – a 17-year veteran of the moving & storage industry – most recently served as the van line’s Internet Call Center Supervisor. He was responsible for managing internet and phone leads as well as providing ballpark quotes for COD customers. He also grew key relationships with National Accounts, such as the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) and Premier, Inc.

“I look forward to working with Todd to continue to build on the tremendous progress made by the Customer Service Department to ensure a quality experience throughout our customers’ relocation,” said A.J. Schneider, Executive Vice President of Wheaton | Bekins.

Emrick has held various titles within the organization in the last nine years – from International Coordinator and Inside Sales representative. He was the van line’s Employee of the Quarter in 2010 and earned Recognition of Outstanding Sales Contribution to the Wheaton Network in 2008. Emrick is a certified MAGIC facilitator and holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC.

Emrick’s promotion follows on the heels of two acquisitions in two years for the van line. The company added Clark & Reid in 2013 to the Wheaton Van Lines umbrella and acquired Bekins Van Lines in 2012.
