Barbados Citizen Publishes Book on Christian Living

Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- RINGGOLD, Ga. – Alison R. Blackwood, a Barbados citizen, recently published a book titled Victorious Healing and Growth Through God’s Grace.

“I wrote this book because I wanted to share with others the lessons I have learned throughout my life,” Blackwood said. “Each day as we make decisions, God provides us with opportunities to make a positive difference in our lives and in the lives of our family members, our friends, and our coworkers.”

By delving into the lives of different Bible heroes and analyzing human behavior, Blackwood examines how our attitudes, perspectives, and quest for justification can affect our relationships, not only with the people we associate with but also with God.

Blackwood volunteers at her church where she teaches in the children’s division and assists with the Pathfinder club, a youth group that engages in community service, camping, crafts, classwork, marching, Bible study, and leadership training.
