Sedona Realtors announce New Sedona Arizona MLS Home Search

SEDONA, Ariz. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Often prospective home buyers come to me with a list of homes that they want to see. When we start to go over the list we quickly find that many of them are old listings and are no longer on the market. It turns out that the home buyers have gone on the internet and found a third party site that promotes listings. The problem is that these sites often depend on the agents to update the information that they provide. So what happens is that many of the listings are not updated in a timely manner.  Needless to say this can be very frustrating for the clients since they probably have spent many hours searching on these sites only to discover it was, for the most part, a waste of time.
