In fact a recent study revealed that about one third of global brands consider high-level, strategic leadership to be a major constraint, with their leaders offering some very relevant advice for her firm.

“One of the biggest things we found was how important starting early is,” she stated. “I think we were lucky to identify this issue before it became a problem. So, we fortunately have a leg up of getting that head start.”

Other key advice included focusing on mindset over skills. Nicole will put this into action by pairing up potential leaders with the firm’s top management for mentorship. This will help to communicate some of the softer skills necessary to successfully leading a team. Furthermore, she believes that developing a highly interactive program will enable her team to find success.

“We definitely have what we need to do this right,” she said. “All we need to do now is to line everything up and execute. I am confident that not only will my team succeed in this initiative but they will exceed all expectations, as they always do!”
