Jason E. Handin and Christopher J. Pelatti Join Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale Office

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Oct. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a national, full-service defense litigation law firm, has added attorneys Jason E. Handin and Christopher J. Pelatti in its Fort Lauderdale office.

Mr. Handin focuses his practice on the defense of General Liability, Property and Casualty claims, including First Party and Third Party Insurance Defense Litigation and Construction Defect Claims. Additionally, he is experienced in the areas of Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, Product Liability, and Civil Litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Handin worked as an attorney representing clients in the areas of Insurance Subrogation, Construction Litigation, Business Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.  His background also includes serving as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Peter M. Weinstein of the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Pelatti concentrates his practice on Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation, representing major banking and financial services industry clients in contested foreclosure cases and civil litigation matters alleging violations of federal and state law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pelatti was as a Foreclosure attorney, managing the Sales and Evictions department directly under the firm’s Managing Partner. He has represented institutional lenders in litigated matters including trial practice, mediations and title disputes. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and his juris doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
