Raleigh’s Launching Pad Announces Grand Opening

RALEIGH, N.C. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Oct. 5, 2014 – RALEIGH, N.C. -- Families from all over the Triangle will soon have a new option for indoor entertainment. Construction is nearly complete at Launching Pad Trampoline Park, which is scheduled to open its doors to the public in early November.

“We’re building a lot more here than just a trampoline park,” says Launching Pad owner Kevin Sisson. “We wanted to give people a lot of variety. Kids can come here for a birthday party, bounce on trampolines, have pizza and cake, then enjoy a number of other activities. Adults will also want to come here for corporate outings.”

In addition to trampolines covering almost a quarter of an acre (including a main jump court and 3-lane foam pit), Launching Pad will feature 4 basketball lanes, 2 full size dodge ball courts, a kid’s court, a state of the art arcade, and an XD motion theatre. One of the more unique features is a Lazer Frenzy laser maze, a high-tech, interactive maze that makes participants feel like the star of their own spy movie. The facility also includes four rentable party rooms, a full snack bar and a lounge with free Wi-Fi to round out the offerings. Customers will be able to store their belongings securely in electronic lockers.

“Safety has been a very high priority here from day one. We built this to be the kind of place where parents can drop off their kids without having to worry about anyone getting hurt,” says Sisson. The trampoline courts are spaced and padded in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). Full-time court monitors will be in position to ensure compliance with trampoline safety rules.

As the finishing touches are added to the interior of the 36,600+ square foot facility, Launching Pad is ramping up staffing for opening day. The park held a local job fair on October 4th, adding about 100 area employees to the Launching Pad team.
