National Franchise Qualifies for $150,000 Grant

SALT LAKE CITY - Oct. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Grout Doctor Global Franchise Corp. has officially thrown their hat in the ring as a contender for a $150,000 Grant being offered to small businesses across the country from Chase as part of a newly launched program, Mission Main Street^SM Grants. In order to qualify Grout Doctor Global Franchise Corp. had to submit answers to a questionnaire outlining a business plan that will result in growth of the business and then receive at least 250 votes via Facebook Connect to be eligible for the judging stage.  Grout Doctor Global Franchise Corp hopes to be one of the 20 winners of $150,000 Grant and along with the grant, Google will host each business for a marketing workshop at Google headquarters in California.

“We were off to a late start submitting our questionnaire as our annual national convention took place in the beginning of September just as the contest began”, says President and CEO, JC Sneyd, “where most contestants had over a month to obtain their required votes, we had only 17 days and obtaining 250 is not as easy as one would think.  I was so relieved to wake up on Sunday morning to see we had the necessary votes to move to the final round.  I really should be commending my amazing marketing team, they worked extremely hard to get every last vote!” According to Grout Doctor’s questionnaire answers, if received, a large portion of the grant money will be used to fund 10 franchises for military veterans in various parts of the country.  Qualifying contestants will have to wait until January 2015 to find out if they are one of the lucky winners!
