El Nino Update: The Chances Are

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- According to the National Weather Service, as of October 13th, the chances of El Nino happening this winter are 65%! The light dusting that Mammoth Mountain and the Sierra's received a few weeks past, show us that we are off to a good start!  Previous El Nino years indicators are pointing us in a positive direction, with the warm ocean temps, large swells & multiple storms and especially the major influx of sea life along the Southern California coast this summer, puts us on track to an El Nino year!
