Follow on Google News | Carlisle Events Opens 2015 Season with Allentown Auto ManiaAnnual Gathering of Automotive Enthusiasts Fill Ag Hall at the Allentown Fairgrounds
By: Carlisle Events Back for 2015 is the expanded car corral footprint implemented in 2014. This continues to grow and accommodates the demand of the tens of thousands of enthusiasts who attend the event to shop for collector cars. Though held in January, the outdoor aspects of the event, and the event itself for that matter, take place regardless of weather. While outdoor sellers book space knowing as much, Carlisle Events does provide a tent for the collector cars being offered for sale in the corral. Along with the continually growing car corral, Auto Mania continues the tradition of being the only event of its size indoors to offer a heated building for its vendors and guests. Within the facility, enthusiasts will find sold-out vending spaces packed with automotive items suited for any type of restoration projects. Inside Ag Hall will be a wide array of aftermarket accessories, original restoration items, new old stock parts, merchandise, memorabilia, collectibles and more. In addition to the automotive-themed browsing and parts/car shopping, guests are encouraged to journey across the parking lot for great food via the famous Allentown Farmers Market. No matter the final choice food wise, there is a wide array of fare available at affordable prices. The Farmer’s Market is specifically open during event weekend on Friday and Saturday (January 16-17). A great location and great venue also power Allentown Auto Mania. Finding the grounds is simple and convenient as it is less than two hours from New York City, Philadelphia and Scranton with major roads like I-78, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 22 all nearby. In addition, because of its location on the Allentown Fairgrounds property, ample parking is available. Auto Mania is the perfect outlet to pick up all things automotive and it’s an even better place to go to catch up with friends and talk shop while browsing the onsite vendors. Either way, those interested in the automotive hobby are encouraged to converge on Allentown during the third weekend in January. Finally, while the event is expected to sell out, the expanded car corral footprint means that select spaces are available. For details, potential vendors are encouraged to call 717-243-7855 or visit Carlisle Events online at www.CarlisleEvents.com. End
