The Olive Law Firm to Volunteer for NCAJ's Dare to Care Food Drive

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Oct. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- The Olive Law Firm, North Carolina's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm is set to partner with NCAJ once again for their Dare to Care Food Drive. The said event is set to be held on November 10^th to the 21^st. The food drive is also sponsored by NCAJ's New Lawyers Division. Last year, the said event raised over 11,000 pounds (lbs.) worth of food. The Olive Law Firm has partnered with the said organization to give back to the community and to raise awareness on the current state of poverty in NC.

In estimate, there are more than one million of North Carolinians in poverty. Many of these families and individuals are in tremendous need for food everyday. As we are nearing the upcoming holidays, paired with difficult economic times, it is estimated that emergency food needs are going to climb up. Unfortunately, many food banks in North Carolina are almost empty, hence the need for food drives such as NCAJ's Dare to Care Food Drive.
