By: Simply Charessa Events The Charge Blue Rally will be hosted by U.S. United Ambassador Queen Aftan William of I AM QUEEN FOUNDATION. Guests will rally together to bring awareness to Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking and Child Abuse. We hope to bring awareness to domestic minor sex trafficking and to celebrate lives of young children who have survived and taken the next steps for a better future. Dr. Cheryl Williams-Jackson a child advocate and clinical therapist, Madia Jyune School Psycholgist, District 38, GA State Senate runner; Reginald Crossley, and StreetGrace of “GA NOT BUYING IT” will be in attendance. Sounds by “DJ ENVY” and live performances by our youth! This charity fundraiser will also encouraged everyone to bring household items to help support the kids living on the campus of “Chris Kids.” About The United States population of young children ages 11-17 years of age makes up almost half of the United States teen census. Imagine half of that number being subjected to domestic minor sex trafficking. Research shows that young girls are the most vulnerable population and ages 12-17 are the average ages subjected to DMST or domestic minor sex trafficking. How can this be stopped? The “Charge up Campaign” was established to bring awareness to social, economic and health issues concerning the community, and highlighting those who have survived through life challenges. The Campaign is known for its amazing “Charge Pynk” Project that celebrates the lives of Breast Cancer and Cancer survivors. It continues to make its mark in Atlanta community with its social media campaign and presence. The “Charge Up campaign” and “Mine Not Yours” project receives no government funding and the primary source of helping to spread awareness could be your company or even you. Your support will help with the events on November 7th and 8th to help stand against DMST and help places like CHRIS Kids save children subjected to sex trafficking.
