Wheaton | Bekins Celebrates Second Annual CX Day

INDIANAPOLIS - Oct. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Wheaton World Wide Moving | Bekins Van Lines, Inc. is taking part in the second CX Day with company events celebrating its customers. CX Day is a global celebration of companies and people who are delivering great experiences to customers, created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the international non-profit organization founded to guide and enhance the growing field of customer experience management.

Wheaton | Bekins extended its CX Day to one full week – Oct. 6-10 – of company activities. Its employees shared with others how their role within the company impacts Wheaton | Bekins’ customers. Employees also had the opportunity to participate in several activities to experience the customer journey through the life cycle of a household goods move. Wheaton | Bekins employees and agents are celebrating CX Day as a way to acknowledge and recommit to customer experience as well as highlight customer experience successes.
