I-ology Nominated as a Finalist For ASU Spirit of Enterprise Awards

TEMPE, Ariz. - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- I-ology, Inc., a leading Scottsdale-based web technology firm, has recently been announced as a finalist for the 18th annual Spirit of Enterprise Awards from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, nominated in the category for the Gary L. Trujillo Minority Enterprise Award. These awards recognize local businesses that exhibit ethics, energy, and excellence in entrepreneurship.

I-ology had the opportunity to share their story with a panel of judges, touching on the importance of their renewed business model. “The FLAT model we’ve implemented makes I-ology incredibly unique,” said Trish Bear, President and CEO of I-ology. “We have no management layers, all team members at every level have autonomy, and there is an equitable opportunity for each team member to become a partner, in the business.

An award luncheon, in which several businesses and community leaders will attend, is set to take place on November 21st at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix.
