TORONTO - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- An estimated 350 million people of all ages around the globe suffer from depression (World Health Organization, October 2012).  Break Of Dawn International Inc. asks ‘What can you do to change the course of someone’s life for the better?’

At the onset of when depression season peaks, Break Of Dawn International Inc. has launched a friendly global challenge. “Project Smile” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hl7GfpHTD-U “Project Smile” requests the public at large to consider those who might be subject to symptoms of depression and how personal talents can be used to provide encouragement.

Having had her own personal battle with depression, Founder/CEO Nickeisha states “The mere thought of someone caring about you and thinking you are of value goes a tremendous way in providing support. Usually, those who are depressed feel that nobody cares about them or their circumstances. If these thoughts persist, they can often lead to self-harm or thoughts of suicide.”

As traumatic events worldwide are on the rise, a growing trend in bullying (adults and children), abuse, fear and anxiety etc. are also on the rise.  In spite of chaos in world events and the busyness of day to day life, it is more important now than ever to stand united.  Supporting and encouraging one another is essential in maintaining solidarity.

So what can you do to make someone smile? Send in a short video of your creative work (singing, dancing, poems, tasteful comedy, sharing inspiring moments etc.) by Saturday, November 8th 2014.  The top five (5) videos will be aired through live-stream on Saturday, November 15th, 2014.  The public will vote for their top 3 inspiring videos.  Owners of these videos will receive a spot on the cover of Break Of Dawn International’s e-Magazine.  Owners of videos selected will be interviewed and announced in January 2015.  Details can be found on their website www.breakofdawninternational.com
