Homes for Our Troops® Sponsor Special Series on "Operation Build" TV Show on History Channel & H2

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Insight Television Productions, LLC introduces show sponsor Homes for Our Troops®, whose mission is to build specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans across the nation, and to help enable them to rebuild their lives. Join them for a special TV reality mini series that features the stories of three military heroes on “I’m Coming Home” presented by Operation Build.  Hosted by celebrity Alexi Panos, the first episode airs on the History Channel November, 8^th at 7:30am (ET/PT), and November 15^th on H2.

In this first “I’m Coming Home” episode you’ll meet Sergeant Anne Oravec, hear her story and see first hand how Alexi and her Home Coming Building Team help Anne to rebuild her life in more ways than just home improvements.

In September 2003 during Anne’s deployment, she was heading out to provide security for a large convoy just outside of Fallujah, when the convoy was attacked by an explosive device detonating under their armored vehicle. Her body suffered shrapnel fragments from the blast, but remarkably she recovered and eventually rejoined her unit. With her tour over, Anne headed back home to Colorado and began to restart her life.  She picked up a hobby in cake designing and as in hopes one day to start a bakery of her own.
