Saskia Rietbroek Joins SightSpan Advisory Board

MOORESVILLE, N.C. - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- SightSpan, a leading risk management and security solutions firm, announced that Saskia Rietbroek joined its Advisory Board.  She brings with her over 13 years of AML experience, in the USA, Latin America and Europe.

Saskia is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and an industry leader on anti-money laundering and is President of AML Services International (www.nomoneylaundering.com), a multi-media training company in the anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing (CTF) field.  Saskia spearheaded ACAMS as its founding Executive Director from September 2001 to December 2005. Under her leadership, ACAMS grew from zero to 3500 members from 101 countries, and developed the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists Program (CAMS), which has become the de facto AML credential in the financial services industry worldwide. She has served on the ACAMS Advisory Board, and currently on the ACAMS Exam Preparation Seminar Taskforce.

Saskia graduated from Leiden Law School in 1994, where she studied international law. She has an International MBA from Florida International University. She practiced law the largest law firm in Lima, Peru. She was admitted to the Lima Bar Association in 1999, after she obtained her Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.

Saskia has been interviewed by several TV stations, including CNN, and has been quoted in numerous publications on money laundering and terrorist financing issues, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and De Volkskrant and Money Laundering Alert.
