Creative Biomart’s Weekend Activity—for the Sake of Cooperative Spirit

SHIRLEY, N.Y. - Oct. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- In today’s times, every company acts like a team and every employee serves as the member of it.  We all know the competition of each is so fierce that they have to think of all kinds of way to survive. To some extent, how integrated a team is determines how long the team will exist. That is to say, team work is the core value of a company since the vital role it plays. Companies that seize the opportunity to cultivate the cooperative spirit will seize the market. So Creative Biomart conducted a weekend activity last Saturday in the aim of giving their staff a relaxing time and improving their team work spirit by arranging a series of games and activities that call for cooperation.

This activity was arranged by an institution that specialized in organizing such things. And it took place on a sports training ground. About 150 employees joined this activity and they were divided into several groups to compete in games like push-and-pull.

“These activities are a little bit tiresome, however, it’s awesome. I can see most of us enjoyed the time. I think, it’s indeed a good way to promote cooperation between us. I might have known more about the meaning of it. I like it!” one of the participants said after the activity.
