Urban Push Movement Volume 13 Friday October 10th @ Cafe Istanbul

NEW ORLEANS - Oct. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Join Urban Push Movement as they continue promoting positive vibes, empowerment, and unity. With the increase of violence, bias, and chaos worldwide, Urban Push dedicates some time for reflection to the community with the second installment of "Erase the blackface." This event theme provides a culmination of artful expression reflected through the eyes of independent New Orleans artists. The star studded event will be Hosted by  Rizzy Prophet & Mario P along with lovely co-host Rolonda Billiot.
October 10th, 2014 marks Urban Push Movement's thirteenth installment in their popular, and culturally rich event series. Vol #13 Erase the Blackface #2 "All Coons look alike to me" will showcase an explosive line of talent. Doors open at 10 pm. Any artist performing a selection of music please be sure to send your music in mp3 format to urbanpushmp3@gmail.com. Each artist has 7 minutes to perform. All mp3 files should be in no later than Thursday evening October 9th by 10 pm. Order of performances will be selected by drawing numbers so it is important to get there early.
