First Premier Equity LLC Names Mr. Courtney Rush Chief Executive Officer

MIAMI - Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- First Premier Equity LLC (“FPE” or “Company”), a commercial real estate acquisitions and operating company, today announced that it has named Mr. Courtney Rush as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Rush will oversee all of First Premier Equity’s day-to-day operations, and he will manage all aspects of the Company’s real estate acquisition strategy and apartment-rental business development. Mr. Rush is a founding partner of First Premier Equity.

First Premier Equity’s new CEO, Mr. Courtney Rush, said, “I am very excited to be leading the future of FPE, and I am very optimistic about our growth opportunities.  Our strategy is to acquire high quality commercial real estate and multi-unit apartment complexes nationwide, and we are aggressively moving forward with our plan.”

Prior to FPE, Mr. Rush was the Director of Operations of Wenonah Investments, an investment management and real estate company owning 15 separate companies – including a luxury homes real estate company.  At Wenonah, Mr. Rush oversaw day-to-day operations and new acquisitions.   Mr. Rush is a licensed commercial pilot and certified flight instructor.  He has worked for Virgin Atlantic, Direct Air and Allegiant Air.  In addition, Mr. Rush worked for Mace Security International, Inc., a publicly traded company.  Mr. Rush received his Bachelors of Science in Aviation from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
