Great British Sewing Bee’s Chinelo Bally has teamed up with Create and Craft TV

PETERBOROUGH, U.K. - Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Chinelo Bally, Great British Sewing Bee runner up and most followed contestant, has teamed up with Create and Craft to provide a learning microsite for beginner sewers. Following the success of the Great British Sewing Bee, interest in the sewing category has risen significantly, with more people wanting to learn ways to spruce up their wardrobe.

Create and Craft TV have been operating in the UK’s sewing market for over 10 years, with 15,000 sewing machines sold last year, this is the ultimate destination to learn your craft. Create and Craft are launching their first online sewing destination for beginners, providing an educational microsite that will teach sewers of all levels new hints and tricks. Sew Fabulous with Chinelo Bally includes a series of short video tapes that demonstrate and inform customers how to get started with sewing and in particular how to overcome the harder and more intricate tasks.

Chinelo has been chosen to represent the first series of Sew Fabulous. As a young creative and quirky character, Chinelo will bring her fresh approach and unique style to Create and Craft TV. Projects are for beginners and intermediate levels, supported by SearchPress, the projects include how to make a round cushion, create bunting for the home as well as the essential guide to your sewing machine and its components. The one stop destination will also include an exclusive interview with Chinelo, as well as high res images for potential PR interest.
