One Third of 8z Real Estate’s Brokers Named Five Star Professionals in 5280 Magazine

BOULDER, Colo. - Oct. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- 8z Real Estate is proud to announce that 31 of their brokers have been awarded the 2014 Five Star Real Estate Agent designation by Five Star Professional. This list of Five Star agents for the greater Denver metro area appears annually in Denver’s 5280 Magazine (http://www.5280.com/).

No more than 7 percent of professionals within the industry are given the award. However, 31 percent of 8z brokers made the list.  This percentage does not factor out 8z brokers outside of the survey area, including the California Peninsula, and Northern Colorado, where 8z Real Estate has offices, but are not included within the Five Star Professional research area.

Five Star Professional is an independent research firm that contacts thousands of recent homebuyers, as well as other consumers. Real estate agents were rated on criteria such as overall satisfaction and whether the client would recommend them to a friend. In addition, each professional had to satisfy additional objective criteria ranging from having completed licensing requirements, being actively employed for a minimum of three years, having met a minimum client volume or production, and maintaining a favorable regulatory and complaint history.  Realtors did not pay a fee to be included in Five Start Professional’s research or the final list.
