Vicksburg, Mississippi Honors Our Veterans

VICKSBURG, Miss. - Oct. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- The Vicksburg Convention Center and VenuWorks of Vicksburg are proud to announce the Veteran Day Activities planned for November 11, 2014.   The activities include the “Spirit of Vicksburg” Veterans Day Parade in Historic Downtown Vicksburg at 9:30am, Veterans Day Ceremony at the Memorial Rose Garden at 11:00am, Liberty luncheon (free for Veterans and $15 for non-veterans) at the Vicksburg Convention Center, and Resources for Veterans from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Vicksburg Convention Center.  Space is limited for the luncheon and reservations are required.  For reservations for lunch or for information on participating in the parade, please call 601.630.2929 or email sueb@vicksburg.org.
