Park Hyatt Busan presents a movie

SEOUL, South Korea - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- BUSAN, KOREA (5 September 2014) – To celebrate the 19^th Busan International Film Festival, Dining Room - the signature restaurant at Park Hyatt Busan - is proud to present its own unique Movie Themed Menu; in which our chef has reinterpreted special dishes that have appeared in various films, all in the style of Park Hyatt Busan.

Dining Room’s Movie Themed Menu is composed of a five course menu.  First of all, youngduk snow crab salad with yuzu dressing is served - which is from the Korean movie “Le Grand Chef” - followed by spicy shrimp soup with lemongrass.  Busan fish cake from the movie “Friend” (which is set in the city of Busan) was interpreted as homemade seafood sausage as the starter.  For the main course, either a meat or a fish dish can be selected.  The molecular gastronomy which appeared in the French movie “The Chef” - which starred actor Jean Reno - is transformed into roasted organic hanwoo beef sirloin with miniature stuffed potatoes and lentil ragout; prepared for the meat main course.  Roasted jon dori with smoked cauliflower mousse and calm sauce - which was inspired by the smoked cod dish from the movie “Toast” - is the option for the main fish dish.  For dessert, influenced by the movie “Chocolate”, dulcey chocolate cremeaux with banana sorbet will be served with coffee or premium tea.

The ‘Movie Themed Menu’ is available from 6 October until 31 October from 6:00pm to 11:00pm.  The price is KRW 140,000 per person, including 10% tax.
