St Leger keep arrears at “arms length”

MANCHESTER, U.K. - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- St. Leger Homes of Doncaster – an ‘Arm’s Length Management Organisation’ have recently partnered with Mobysoft to ensure they can keep their arrears in check and enable their staff to focus on those tenants who need urgent support with their finances.

St Leger have chosen Mobysoft’s RentSense product - a powerful rent arrears decision engine which feeds their income managers with vital intelligence on which tenants are in genuine arrears and where they should prioritise their time.

RentSense has already identified 41% of cases previously generated by the Housing Management System which do not actually need attention and has found a total of £766,292.24 genuine arrears cases which the incumbent system had missed.
