Stetson Law Grad Shaun Cummings Joins Prominent Fort Myers Law Firm

Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Shaun Cummings has joined the firm as an associate in the Tort & Insurance Litigation practice area.

Cummings served as a summer associate with Henderson Franklin in 2013, and worked as a teaching assistant for the Honorable David A. Demers in Florida’s 6th Judicial Circuit Court in trial advocacy. While attending law school, Cummings served on Stetson's Law Review and Mock Trial Team, and was the American Bar Association’s national liaison for the Law Student Division.

Cummings is a Florida native, graduating from Lake Weir High School in Ocala in 2000. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Florida (B.A., 2010), and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2014).
